I do not understand.
Simply install JAMNNTPd and point it to your JAM base.
If you are using SQUISH then there is a port of it that uses squish message
base.

Then use a NNTP client to access your new NTTP server.

The JAMNNTP documentation is pretty good, and the config is pretty self
explanatory!
