There're two ways to become a point: being added in links directly by sysop or
make a request via public part of web-interface. If the second way is choosen
a confirmation email with activation link will be sent. New point will be
shown in links config if it is confirmed. You have your email module is
configured properly :-)

Guess your points arent confirmed yet.
