that seems to be your problem. You do not have WPA working properly on
you card, but your router is using it. You cannot get IP because you do
not have a WPA connection.
Because you are using an NDIS Wrapper, I am not the best one to give
advice for getting it working. I used a card with native support, and was
able to get it to work pretty easy using the instructions found at:
http://www.vollink.com/gary/deb_wifi.html
Give it a try. It has drop-down boxes for telling the page what you are
using, and it will generate all of the necessary files for you (you'll
have to copy and paste).
Some of the stuff is a little bit different, but once you get it all in
there and start the services, run the Gnome Network Manager applet, and
see if the WPA option isn't there for you. It worked great for me on the
first try with my Atheros card...
