Umm, yes, that's nice and simple!

Malcolm, I have an issue with claws-mail - the message IDs being created are
not valid as they fail to quote my machine's  full FQDN.   Although I've
now set hostname is set to main.familyaldred.org.uk, claws-mail is
generating message ids ending just 'main'.   News servers (correctly)
reject news messages without a proper domain name on the end. 

Any ideas?
