That is one of the readme files I have been (trying to) use.
I got stuck at step 2.

What does:
"Run from the top of the source tree:"
and
"$ fakeroot debian/rules binary"
actually mean?
Do I have to cd to the directory first.
I downloaded the file to my desktop.
"$ fakeroot" doesn't seam to work in ubuntu-6.06.
Should/can I use "sudo" instead of $ fakeroot?
It's probably me but I have tried running that script every which way
with no success what so ever.
