On a Win XP computer, I converted some of my
mp3 (music) files to OGG format and burned
them to a CD.

In the Ubuntu machine, they play alright from
the CD but, even as root (gksudo) I cannot
copy them onto the HD.

Checking them at Properties>Permissions :
File owner : root
File group : root

With Owner / Group / Others / Special flags
greyed out and at the bottom of the tab : 

You are not the owner,
so you can't change these permissions

Can they be changed ?

If not, how can you import OGG files
from another source without hitting
this problem ?
