backported to 14.04 ESR that is supported till 2019, please.

I can't, and won't use past that, due to systemd pollution.

So they have till 2019 to remove that, make it so you can cleanly remove it
and go back to upstart, or I am stuck on 14.04 forever after.

I've already tried the 16.04 and trying to back to upstart totally breaks the
release... :( :( urrrgghhhhh
