Its a point.. I actually ran like two points off my node for myself as a
simpler way to do things. One was on another FD setup, and one was a Terminate
setup... the actual FTN Node was stuck on a computer in a dark closet at the
time.....With 10Base2 LAN's... which I actually used into the 2000's! I wasn't
going to through a working setup out just to improve speeds.. and for what I
did then, and the 128K ISDN access I had..it didn't matter.

Never was a commo person

Went from ProCom Plus to Telemate to Terminate! Term. was about 2-3rd program
I actually paid for... one of the first was actually the "disk fee" to get a
HUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEEE PILE of 3.5" disks for Linux at the
time... It had to come from sompleace in DE at the time.. I didn't have ftp
access then and even then at ~33K and change at best....
