I'm really new at Linux, But I'm really enjoying the learning curve so far
for all of its frustrations.

So I'm actually operating on a mobile phone.  I've installed Ubuntu 20.4 in
Termux. With the phoneps architecture, more or less it's similar to using a
Raspberry Pi.

My silly question is when doing any apt type commands, it's always shows me
that 1 program is partially installed or not removed. 

How dobI figure out what that program is so i can get that cleared up?
