I've tried Ubuntu and now want to install it. This is my first experience
with Linux.
My current setup consists of:
2 x WD 37.6Gb Raptor RAID stripe array (C:\) Windows XP installation
1 x 120Gb (D:\Documents and E:\Games)
1 x 120Gb (F:\Music)
I've had difficulty detecting my RAID array with software like QTParted so
now I'd like to repartition drive F: so I have enough space for a Ubuntu
installation partition, a linux temp partition and the rest of the space
left for my music. I have copied all my music to an external hard drive
while I repartition.
I'd also like to continue booting off my RAID array with an option on the
windows boot menu to start Ubuntu, is this possible?
Help in replies and links most welcome.
Regards,
Tony.
