OK. Czech conferences still use that (e.g. USERMAIL.42). But it was not
accepted by big players that time (MS, IBM, ...)...

automated way.

At least some ontopic: .chs tables I can provide, but not to utf8. Actually I
am using old good luit under linux console to handle odd codings.
