12.1.0 is still too new as certain mission critical source refuses to compile
and I haven't had enough time to figure any of it out.  My goto compiler is
still gcc-11.3.0 which is also a recent release but doesn't break anything I
use and x86_64-znver1-linux-gnu requires.

I am guessing everything will be kosher with 12.1.0 by the end of June maybe
sooner.  I am in no rush.
