I don't see the penguins here like I used to. I'm not exactly sure why.

I recently booted the arch linux live CD and there were the penguins, only two
in my case but there they were. I'm not sure what the difference is but there
they were.. :)

My laptop uses amdgpu if I am not mistaken. I'll have to try something new
there.

I am not even sure what driver my lfs is using. lspci -k sees it but doesn't
report what the kernel driver in use is. That machine has an nvidia card and I
tried to build the kernel with the noveau driver but it hangs on boot so I
don't add that support. I wonder if building it into the kernel or as a module
makes a difference. I'll try again and see if I can make that go.
