   Package: src:linux
   Version: 6.16.3-1
   Severity: normal

Twice in the past week, I'm pretty sure with this kernel version, my
laptop has failed to fully wake from sleep. The power light lights up,
indicating that the computer is powered on, but the screen never comes
on. Unfortunately I do not know whether it's powering back up enough
to get back onto the network. I had to hard-power-cycle the laptop to
get it back to a useable state. The problem doesn't happen every time:
immediately after one of the times it happened and I rebooted, I put
the laptop to sleep and woke it up and it woke just fine.

I don't think this is a hardware issue because it has happened with
two different laptops: Thinkpad X1 Carbon 6th Gen and Framework Laptop
   13 12th Gen Intel.
