   Dear Maintainer,

      * What led up to the situation?

I was running Thunderbird, Freetube and Tor Browser at the time of
   crash.

      * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
        ineffective)?

When I closed the Tor Browser and switched focus to Freetube and resumed
what I was watching the system froze and the audio continued to loop
continuesly playing about 1 sec of the video, over and over...

      * What was the outcome of this action?

I could do nothing, just listen to the audio looping continuesly, the
mouse did not move, keys do nothing, Ctrl + Alt + F1,F2,F3,F4 would do
nothing, even muting volume on the speaker dedicated key on laptop would
have no effect. Had no other choice then to hard reboot, holding down
   the power button.
