   The contents are extremely similar, and given that   
   https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python exists I think it   
   probably makes more sense to ship these Python modules in a   
   corresponding Debian source package.  I'll adjust opentelemetry-proto to   
   stop building them.
