   when running debgpt, it will write all config, cache, and chat history to   
   ~/.debgpt, which is an obsolete way to store this data. (This for example makes   
   it tedious to backup config but not cache files: When every application write   
   to   
   ~/.theirdir/, you need to exclude the cache dir for every single application).
