   absolutly. this is so not ready for prime time, i'm (almost) surprised   
   the tag2upload delegates dont see the forest between all the trees.   
      
   i'm all for documenting all possible (and not possible) tag2upload workflows,   
   but i'm quite certain that currently dev-ref is not the right place for that.   
   in a year or two, or maybe even in a half, yes, maybe, probably also hopefully!   
   just not now as today has made very clear.   
      
   to be clear, https://wiki.debian.org/tag2upload is the current preferred URL   
   for documentation for tag2upload? if so, I think a link to that in dev-ref   
   would be appropriate and appreciated.
