   Dear Maintainer,   
      
      * What led up to the situation?   
           Was browsing internet, a number of tabs open. Upon starting to play a   
   Youtube video entire system crashed to blackscreen with a QR code to a logfile.   
      * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or   
        ineffective)?   
           Hard powerdown and restart   
      * What was the outcome of this action?   
           System intially froze on blank black screen during boot, after a second   
   powercycle system booted as normal.
