knot-resolver cannot be cross built from source, because its
Build-Depends request "python3-dev". That means a host architecture
development package with a host architecture Python interpreter. The
latter cannot be installed. For an extension build, what typically is
needed is a build architecture interpreter and a host architecture
development environment. This is expressed as "libpython3-dev,
python3-dev:native". Once doing so, knot-resolver cross builds just
fine. I'm attaching a patch for your convenience.
