   Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)   
      
   Version 3.7.1 requires Cabal (>=3.8.1.0 && <3.12), whereas version 3.9.1   
   requires Cabal (>=3.14 && <3.17).   
      
   There is no version that builds with GHC 9.10 and Cabal-3.12.1.0.
