   Hi. For some reason, the autopkgtests for this package do not pass in Salsa CI:

   [tabix++] the index file is older than the vcf file. Please use '-f' to   
   overwrite or reindex.   
      
   However, they pass for me when I run debian/tests/run-unit-test by hand.   
      
   I'm reporting this anomaly here in case somebody can investigate.   
      
   (Hope this does not affect the official CI setup).
