   Unfortunately openblas 0.3.31 is still triggering the slepc4py test error,   
   https://ci.debian.net/packages/s/slepc4py/unstable/ppc64el/68701435/   
      
   I'll try adding some diagnostic info to the slepc4py test to get it to   
   report which CPU the test is running on.   
      
   Let me know if there's any other info you'd like the test to provide.
