   NCurses errors when endwin() is called twice in a row without the window being   
   refreshed. This makes the bulkrename command crash ranger, cf. this   
   https://github.com/ranger/ranger/issues/2934 upstream bug report.   
      
   This has been patched upstream, cf. https://github.com/ranger/ranger/pull/3039.
