   debian/copyright-check has been broken since utils.mk was dropped from CDBS.   
      
   Please either redo this script without use of utils.mk   
   or drop it altogether (with also debian/copyright_hints local cache).   
      
   This script came up thanks to usage of https://codesearch.debian.net/.
