   The Dracut iSCSI tests 70 and 71 hang on Debian unstable with mdadm 4.5.   
   I reported this bug upstream [1] and a fix for it got merged. Please   
   cherry-pick the fix: https://github.com/md-raid-utilities/mdadm/pull/241
