   Some issue with this is as follows: the only way that I was able to    
   disable parallel build was to set DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=parallel=1 in    
   debian/rules, yet this gives me a lintian warning that I should set    
   DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS, yet when I did that, dh-python won't respect    
   that variable.   
      
   Also dh-python doesn't respect if I do: dh --no-parallel
