   Which version if the 'gnulib' package was used that triggered the FTBFS?   
      
   As far as I can tell, the commit   
   df17f4f37ed3ca373d23ad42eae51122bdb96626 you refer to is in the most   
   recent gnulib 20260109-1~exp1 upload.   
      
   I'll try to rebuild inetutils with glibc 2.43 from experimental to see   
   if I can reproduce this.
