   Thanks for preparing rclone 1.65, Maytham and others.   
      
   I've updated the go packages I'm in touch with, and tested Maytham's   
   branch.  It successfully builds a package and successfully runs.   
      
   Some tests failed during build but dpkg-buildpackage built the package   
   anyway, which is a bit odd.   
      
   Since it builds (and runs), I can upload to experimental.   
   We can monitor test issues from there.   
      
   The go ecosystem is not stable, so let's stabilise this 1.65 release   
   first before pushing on to more recent releases.
