   Since this is only for a test, you could add a test dependency on   
   dpkg-dev and then do something like   
    DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH=$(dpkg-architecture -qDEB_HOST_MULTIARCH)   
    /usr/lib/${DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH}/wine/wineserver --kill --wait
