   This is the prefered Pypi template for v5 d/watch;

   it seems not to handle all the corner cases well yet:   
   things about uppercase -> lowercase mangling,   
   the '-' -> '_' change in Pypi archive naming policy.   
      
   I think that if you stumble on this too,   
   the fix would be in "devscripts" then.
