   Hi Alexander and Jeremy,   
      
   I have raised a merge request on CRoaring's Salsa page to update to the   
   latest upstream tag (v4.5.1) as a NMU:   
   https://salsa.debian.org/debian/croaring/-/merge_requests/3   
      
   I was not totally sure of the conventions in this repository, or the   
   best practices regarding autopkgtests and building upstream tests, so   
   feedback is most welcome.
