   the manpages provided in xmltoman are generated.  Just patching the   
   output result does not really help.  I confirm the actual problems of   
   your bug report.  However the underlying problem is most probably the   
   actual code that creates the manpage you've sent patches for.  Thus   
   I remove the tag `patch` from this bug report.
