   Dear Maintainer,   
      
   Since we update golang-google-cloud to version 0.115.0. We re-intorduced   
   golang-github-census-instrumentation-opencensus-proto-dev as depends.   
   And this package has dead upstream which has been removed from debian   
   before. We better not to stay with it for forky release.   
      
   Since golang-google-cloud upstream has also dropped deprecated   
   OpenCensus support in later release:   
     https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-go/releases/tag/v0.117.0   
      
   We better to update to this version or any later version to drop this   
   deprecated depends.
