Definitely VP compatible and more or less FPC compatible (I seem to remember
an issue with serial ports on particular versions of FPC).

Don't know how recent those are... I haven't done any work for a few years and
I don't remember the last time Maarten did.

It's been so long since I've touched the source I don't remember what state
it's in. Recompiled binaries from the current source tree, unsure if this
revision has been tested though.

Win32 FreePascal: http://sysgod.org/temp/20130208/elebbs-20130208_w32fp.zip

The ones on my BBS are from 2008 (!!), except for EleServ which is more
current since that what I was working on mostly. Those old binaries are still
on PCMicro: http://pcmicro.com/elebbs/binaries.htm
