after a little research, i think i can agree... one probably really doesn't
want to be broadcasting notes from the users' records that the sysop may make
on a user... i found one reference to it in a file for illusion bbs and also
for something called pipeline bbs... i know with the notes that i use on my
systems, they definitely do not need to be being broadcast like that ;)
