I've been looking at your config and I see that the fido and agoranet areas are
in different directories so I think that is good

I think you need to add "-p46:1/124" to your agoranet areas since they use a
different address than the default, I don't think you need that for the fido
areas but you do for your othernets.

Your AGN_GEN area would look like this..

EchoArea AGN_GEN c:\home\imp\imp\msgs\agora\agn_gen\ -f -p46:1/124 46:1/100

Try that and see if it makes a difference, and let me know if that is
successfull or if we need more work.
