http://www.dosemu.org/docs/HOWTO/  is a good place to start.  You're going to
have to deal with setting up hardware, networking and serial ports (if using a
modem), which are non-trivial tasks.  I've never actually done it myself, as I
prefer to run anything I can natively in Linux.
