To answer your questions:

Yes
7 echoes (6 for human consumption, 1 for machine - machine data).  FSX is based
on a minimalist model, where echoes are created only when considered necessary
by the participants.  This seems to work, it's a very active net.

Agency BBS.  He's probably already read your message anyway :)
