I think that QWKE needs to be enabled when a QWK packet is created and that may
not be the case with BBBS but I haven't investigated.
A QWK packet that has QWKE enabled can have longer To:, From: and Subject:
lines and possibly other things as well, like the area names.
On the MultiMail website at sourceforge.net or wmcbrine.com/mmail there is
quite a bit of info about QWK/QWKE and other supported formats that can give
you a better idea than I can provide.
