I recommend using tmux. I think this works on screen, too. Running SyncTERM
in curses mode (syncterm -iC), go into tmux copy mode (^b-[). You can then
copy anything you want either from the current page being displayed or from
syncterm's scrollback.

Oh, that does mean running syncterm from a console, obviously.
