It's nothing special - Intel box, NVidia 3060 using the NVidia binary drivers
(reasons), running KUbuntu 23.04.  Only installed the OS a few weeks back, so
hasn't had much time to accumulate the usual cruft :-)  Pretty much an
out-of-the-box install.
