      Title: White Port & Tonic

      2 oz White port wine
      4 oz Tonic water

  In a highball glass filled with ice cubes pour 2 ounces
  white port and 4 ounces tonic. Squeeze a lemon wedge into
  the drink. Retire to veranda.
