 Nice, but let's hope, this will not be used as someting to delay the
 rollout of Allowunpub. It also works with some small changes to the
 precedures that generate the nodelist, as many have attested.
 It is a nice to have, not a show stopper.

 Depending on how the file is transported, creation time/date is most often
 the moment it arrives on the system. In general the files are received
 a week apart, so no harm there. With some weird transfer, the files
 can arrive reverse order. Just a something to keep in mind.
