Refusing polio-injections is criminal from my perception.
 
Outhere they are legally required, same as rubella and something else; also
administered free of charge during the first 3-12 months. Official records are
kept and parents refusing this treatment will be charged in a court of law
plus the treatment ordered. The shots will be forceably performed if that
should be the case.
