yes, his entry is missing the leading and trailing dashes around
"Unpublished"...

an error like that does tend to mash nets together... in this case, net 340
ends up mashed together with 1:153... this mashing is also the cause of the
duplicate node 9999 at the end of 1:340's segment section since there's a node
9999 in 1:153...

1:116/28 is missing the trailing dash on "-Unpublished"...

so far as i can tell, those are the only three errors marked in the nodelist
at this time...
