Ahmm... what _level_ are you trying to 'make'?  From your previous message, it
looked like you were trying to make a region segment from other region
segments.  That will not work.

If you are trying to make a 'zone', then that is beyond my pay grade.  You had
better check the example control file for a zone.  Have fun with it!  :)
