Rename REGION90.002 to REGION90.316.  When using generic extensions, MakeNL 
expects the incoming segment to be named for the julian date of the upcoming 
week, or one of the seven prior weeks.  Today is day 316, so 316, 309, 302, 
295, 288, 281, 274, or 267 should work.
