Probably case sensitive filenames as Andrew Leary mentioned. The
ARCCOPY/ARCMOVE commands also might be a bit different, if you use those.

(Disclaimer: Despite having contributed to the code (mostly porting & bug
fixes), I've never been a regular MakeNL user...)
