MakeNL only supports *.MSG netmail areas at this time.  If you are using 
Squish as your tosser, it can easily support a *.MSG netmail area for MakeNL's 
use.

Outpath is just a directory where the generated output files are stored.  If 
it is not specified, the output files are stored in the Master directory.
